Q. What is the order process?

A.The best thing to do is to send us a message using the form on the contacts page with as much info on the type of cake you imagine, how many it needs to cater for etc and we can go from there. Cakes can often be organised through email with photos and ideas but if you prefer a meeting to sit down and discuss ideas that is fine too, please contact us for an appointment.

Q.How much should I expect to pay?

A.Cakes start from $100, but as we have to take all the details of each cake into consideration there is no standard pricing list. The largest cost factor of a cake is labour. From the planning and baking to the filling, covering and decorating the process is long and has to be spread over 2-3 days with a total of 8 hours or more to get to the final result. Please let us know if you have to keep within a specific budget.

Q.How far in advance do I need to order?

A.To avoid disappointment the earlier you can book the better. For wedding cakes we prefer at least 3 months in advance and for all other cakes at least 3 weeks, however we may be able to take bookings in a shorter time frame.

Q.Will I have to pay a deposit?

A.To secure your order a non refundable deposit is required, with the remaining total to be paid before delivery date.

Q.Do you deliver?

A.Yes. Delivery in Eaton is free and for other areas please let us know and we will include it in your quote. It is a good idea to get us to deliver your wedding cake as they can be difficult to transport and we can set up the cake at your venue.
